Woodruff Golf Course

All concessions operations will close for the season starting Monday, November 18.  Feel free to bring non-alcoholic drinks that you may need during your round.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

“Please arrive at course at least 20 minutes before tee time and be on 1st tee 10 minutes before your reserved tee time. Each player must also have their own set of clubs (rental sets are available in the Pro Shop).” Woodruff GC does not accept any vouchers or participate in any way with Players Pass. Tee Time Cancellation Policy:

 Tee time reservation cancellations and/or changes must be made by phone or in person NO LATER THAN 24 hours prior to scheduled tee time. If a reservation is not cancelled and/or changed by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable posted full price fees for ALL players booked with the credit card being automatically charged. Joliet Park District season pass holders will be subject to a $40 no show fee.

 Cancellations or changes cannot be made on the website. All changes/cancellations must be done in person or by phone speaking to a Joliet Park District shop attendant at (815) 741-7265 at the Inwood Golf Course, (815) 741-7270 at the Wedgewood Golf Course and (815) 741-7272 at the Woodruff Golf Course. Cancellations are not accepted in the voice mail system. The person canceling should ask for cancellation confirmation number from the pro shop staff for verification of the cancellation. Cancellations that are made inside the 48 hour cancellation window are subject to being charged to the credit card at the applicable rate.

 No-shows will be charged to the credit card at the applicable rate.

 Please be aware that any credit card purchases made at the Joliet Park District facilities will show up on the user’s credit card with the vendor name Joliet Park District and not the respective facility name.
