Cancellation and No-show policy:
· Please note that should you decide to cancel your reservation, whether for your entire reservation or for parts of your reservation, a reasonable notice of 12 hours, during regular operating hours for the pro shop, is allowed. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice during our regular operating hours will be charged to your credit card.
· The same would apply for NO-SHOWS, if you do not advise us a minimum of 12 hours in advance of a person or persons that are not playing in your group; you will be charged for their reservation(s).
· As the booker, it is your responsibility to assure the accuracy of your booking
· In the case of inclement weather, we will offer more leniency regarding this policy.
Less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, you may only cancel a reservation by calling the pro shop (613-839-7772) online cancellations are not permitted.
