Cancellation & No-Show Policy Summary:48+ hours before tee time: Full refund if cancelled via phone (with voicemail or staff confirmation) or online (Chronogolf/dashboard/email/app if unpaid). 24–48 hours before: Full credit only; same contact rules apply. Less than 24 hours or no contact: Charged in full or deposit forfeited. Exceptions: Weather or special cases reviewed individually. Tee times booked 14+ days in advance may be modified.
